But historically, singing was more about being…being with yourself, being with your community, being with your spirituality. Let’s reclaim our voices by dropping deep into our bodies and discovering what is waiting to be voiced. Let’s offer ourselves a safe and compassionate place to explore, as we work with our nervous systems and play with our breath to let our voices find expression.
