Dear BodySoul and BodyDreaming Friends,

We would like to invite you to register for our Community Gathering (AGM Part 1).

Our theme, GROUNDING IN LOVING KINDNESS, feels poignantly apt for our current times.

The 90 minute programme will include poetry, body-centred movement and meditation, and pod discussions. A short Theme Reflection will be given by Sarah Hicks, Chair of the Marion Woodman Foundation.
