THE DROP IN WELL Peer support group – on line - with Ana Kirby and Fionnuala Bates.

How do we live BodySoul?

What do we want from the Well?

This peer-support is open to anyone who has attended a workshop or training in BodySoul Rhythms or BodyDreaming.  We meet for one hour, on the first Monday of the month.

We open with the ritual of Sophia's Bowl, which is inspired by the Dance of Three.  Gathering and grounding, led by a Poet, we listen to a verse.  Then we take turns to speak from where we are in the Now.  All the time we are witnessed and contained by one another in the group.

There is time, then, to express and share our experiences of living BodySoul, however we manage it, in our everyday lives.  We aim to finish punctually on the hour.

If you would like to join us, please contact either of us:

 Ana, email:  ana.kirby2@icloud.com (phone 0044 7885 260203)

Fionnuala, email: fionnuala_bates@hotmail.com (phone 00353 86 3897277)

Facing the challenges of change and transition in everyday life - with Josephine Dyer & Marilyn Copeland

This workshop is an exploration from a Jungian Perspective of this process as outlined in The writings of Marion Woodman

We encourage you in this workshop to reflect on your life process and the dreams that come to guide you. We will provide a space where individuals will have time to explore through dance, music and art their personal stories and engage with others on the journey of Bodysoul and reflect on Archetypal images in our stories and our dreams.  This discovery brings greater wholeness, healing and authenticity as we face the challenges of change and transition in our daily lives. ‘A life that is truly lived is constantly burning away the veils of illusion, gradually revealing the essence of the individual.’ Marion Woodman

Workshop Fees:   1 X $600 Includes Accommodation, Meals, Morning &Afternoon Tea.

Applications and payment need to be made no later than 15th August 2023
